I understand that Echo will record and analyse my responses (including call audio and transcripts) to give me personal feedback and to provide my employer with anonymised, team-level insights on risk, wellbeing and engagement. Management will not see or hear my individual conversations, except where there is an immediate risk of serious harm or a legal requirement to act.

By opting into the Echo pilot, you consent to Echo collecting and using your personal and sensitive information (including any information about your health, mental health or union involvement that you choose to share) for the purposes set out in the notice.

I understand that taking part in Echo is voluntary. It is not a condition of your employment contract, your roster, your pay, promotion or access to WHS protections.
